We extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to the incredible students, teachers, partners and speakers who made our recent Navigate 2016: Youth Water & Environmental Leadership Summit so memorable. Take a look back on our remarkable journey!

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our incredible partners who made the Navigate weekend possible for our water education teams.

Introducing our Navigate expert speakers!

We will be introducing you to our expert Navigators as we confirm their participation at the Summit – so be sure to check back in with us to read more about these amazing speakers!

Explorer. Scientist. Best-selling Author. Navigate 2016 Keynote Speaker.

We are thrilled to announce our keynote speaker for Navigate 2016 is Julie Angus – the first woman to row across the Atlantic Ocean from mainland to mainland. She has also cycled across continents, rowed thousands of kilometres of coastlines and rivers, and organized an expedition that sailed the ancient Phoenician trading routes.

A recipient of the National Geographic “Adventurer of the Year” award, and listed by Explore magazine as one of North America’s leading adventurers, Julie has co-written six books with her husband and their films have aired on National Geographic Channel, CTV Travel and others. Julie draws on lessons learned in extreme environments to motivate and inspire her audiences to reach their goals and overcome challenges.

Congratulations to our Navigate 2016 teams who will be joining us in Canmore to explore all the issues, innovations and opportunities related to water and the environment in Alberta! Can’t wait to embark on this exciting learning journey with them.
